  • The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type of shoot and the number of participants. Generally, portrait sessions last around 1-2 hours, while events may range from a few hours to a full day.

  • Our standard turnaround time for delivering edited photos is 24-48 hours, but this may vary depending on the volume of work and the complexity of editing required.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that reflects your personal style and complements the theme of the shoot. Feel free to bring any props or accessories that you'd like to incorporate into the photos.

Important Notice

Booking Fees: A non-refundable upfront payment of 25% of your package price is required to secure your session date. This fee covers initial communication, planning, location scouting, and reserves a specific time slot exclusively for your session.

Cancellations: In the event of a no-call, no-show, the booking fee is forfeited. Please be aware that when a time slot is reserved for you, it prevents us from scheduling others, and we cannot tolerate missed appointments.

Rescheduling: We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage providing at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling. If illness occurs on the day of your session, rescheduling is permitted to ensure the best outcome for your photos. As it relates to weather-related challenges, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling more than 60 days in advance, a new booking fee may be required, except for special circumstances previously discussed.

Tardiness: Please plan accordingly to arrive on time for your session. Late arrival will result in a shortened session, and if more than 30 minutes late without notification, the booking fee may be forfeited, and the session canceled. We understand unforeseen delays and will communicate any delays from our end promptly to ensure minimal disruption to your session time.
